The Taliban has released an American citizen - George Glezmann, who had been detained in Afghanistan for more than two years. This follows talks between US hostage envoy Adam Boehler and Taliban officials in Kabul. They are the highest level talks between the US and Taliban since the US withdrew from Afghanistan.
