The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has held talks with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, in Moscow. They've discussed the war in Ukraine and the Middle East. A Kremlin statement said the two are also addressing trade and collaboration on humanitarian issues. Both leaders have signed a number of cooperation agreements.
