Even with a ceasefire, Palestinians in Gaza search for lost loved ones. Wassim Al Yaziji lost his entire family of 13 when their house in Nuseirat refugee camp was flattened by an Israeli strike. He recalls leaving his home for his uncle's, believing it was safe. Moments after he stepped out, the area was carpet-bombed. He returned after being injured to find the house destroyed, with no walls standing. For days, his family dug with simple tools but found no complete bodies. They recovered only a bag of flesh and bones. His parents, siblings, and relatives have vanished, leaving him with no grave to visit to honour their memory.
